Organisation and Governance

 

 

The Tribe at The CAPULANA BAY Eco-Village works within a Dynamic Governance model

in order to create a fluid and efficient integration of the many roles

and contributions which create and comprise our Eco-Village Community

and which is in line with the core values of equality and respect for diversity.

 

Tribe Members participate in the governance of The CAPULANA BAY Eco-Village & Tribe 

in a number of ways and everyone is part of a team that is connected

to the central decision making hub; The Keepers of the Conch.

 

Roles are assigned and chosen with respect for each person’s vision and talent

while seeking to balance responsibility and accountability for the
