The Capulana Bay Eco-Village

Social Structure

 

The social structure of the island community is being developed by the community members

as the development of the island unfolds. 

Roles, functions and activities of the various groups are discussed and developed

at regular Tribe Member's Gatherings. 

Our structure is based on:

 

The Keepers of the Conch

Responsible for oversight of our tribe and our eco-village.

Their goal is to ensure that the vision of The CAPULANA BAY Eco-Village & Tribe 

as a truly abundant and joyful evolving model eco-village and tribe,

is not only realised but also maintained and sustained. 

This includes nominated representatives of each of the following focus groups

 

 The BODY Focus Group

Oversees physical aspects and issues of our Eco-Village.

Their goal is to ensure that the vision of The CAPULANA BAY Eco-Village & Tribe

as a truly sustainable eco-friendly model development

is understood and maintained.

 

The MIND Focus Group

Oversees phycological aspects and issues of our Eco-Village.

Their goal is to ensure that the vision of The CAPULANA BAY Eco-Village & Tribe

as an innovative, environmentally sound development

Their goal is to ensure that the vision of The CAPULANA BAY Eco-Village & Tribe

as a truly harmonious, respectful and diverse community

is understood and maintained.
